Experimenting with Mapbox

Just as ArcGIS has been my trigger for learning Python, I've been coding JavaScript recently to try things out with Mapbox.

To get a better look in another tab, click here for an aerial view in Siberia, or here for a map view of Lancaster...

The idea of this side-project-in-progress is a hands-on-keyboard way to immersively travel around in a map or aerial view, and easily bookmark a few locations and share a small tour without any login or signup required. Though originally I was only thinking desktop/laptop, I've also started a mobile version using buttons insteak of keypresses to navigate. Many things still to add, such as one key access to elevation information and so on.
